What the service includes
Safety, operation and performance checks
The exact procedure depends on the boiler and its manufacturer instructions. A qualifying standard service generally includes:
- Visual inspection of the appliance and accessible components.
- Flue, ventilation and combustion-safety checks.
- Combustion analysis and appliance readings where applicable.
- Gas pressure, flow and performance checks where required.
- System pressure and accessible expansion-vessel checks, with recharge where appropriate.
- Cleaning required service items in line with the manufacturer's instructions and findings.
- Operational testing when the service checks are complete.
- A service record and explanation of the findings.
Not included in £72
Repairs and extra work are separate
- Replacement parts, repairs or remedial work.
- A separate breakdown or extended fault-diagnosis visit.
- Gas fires, cookers, additional boilers or other appliances.
- A landlord gas safety record, unless separately requested and quoted.
- Specialist cleaning or work outside the manufacturer's normal service requirements.
If the service identifies an unsafe situation or a fault, Prime will explain the finding and follow the appropriate safety procedure. No additional chargeable work will proceed without discussion.

What does the £72 offer cover?
It covers one qualifying Standard Gas Boiler Service for a domestic natural-gas boiler within Prime's normal service area. The checks completed follow the boiler manufacturer's instructions and the appliance's condition.
Are repairs or replacement parts included?
No. The £72 price is for the standard service. Any fault diagnosis beyond the service, repair, replacement part or additional work will be explained and priced before it proceeds.
Does the offer include a landlord gas safety record or another appliance?
No. Additional appliances and landlord gas safety records are separate services. Mention everything you require in the enquiry so it can be priced correctly.
How do I secure the offer?
Request an Annual Boiler Service through the form or WhatsApp Prime. The appointment and offer are confirmed only after Prime has checked the postcode, boiler details and remaining availability.
What happens when the first 100 services have been allocated?
The introductory £72 offer will close and Prime's normal service price will apply to future appointments.
